Building on the successful international collaborations established at institutions such as the University of Calgary and Princeton University, Professor Mary Quinn from the Department of Spanish & Portuguese at the University of New Mexico, in collaboration with the Cervantes Society of America and the Instituto Cervantes Albuquerque, has organized a new edition of this biennial conference.

The event will bring together over 40 Cervantistas—scholars specializing in Cervantes' work—from across the United States and abroad on September 19-20, 2024. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with emerging trends and ongoing conversations in Cervantine studies and various early modern academic communities and fields.
